Promote the Retreat Centre’s offerings to attract and engage potential clients, highlighting its unique amenities, programs, and benefits to drive interest and conversions.
Cultivate and convert potential clients into qualified leads while successfully finalizing reservations to drive business growth.
Develop and nurture strong, lasting connections with clients to foster trust and ensure long-term satisfaction. Consistently engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, address any concerns promptly, and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Maintain open communication channels and act as a reliable point of contact to strengthen partnerships and drive mutual success.
Provide assistance to marketing and business development initiatives by executing tasks, coordinating efforts, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with exceptional organizational talents and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritization skills are required to meet deadlines consistently. Previous experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support is highly advantageous, and familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Familiarity with basic accounting principles or CRM systems is preferred but not mandatory.
