JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence, including the management of team workflows, adherence to project timelines, and the delivery of high-quality results. • Cultivate and enhance partnerships with contemporary trade retailers and high-value accounts.

Ensure consistent product availability, optimal visibility, and adherence to merchandising standards across modern trade outlets.

Execute in-store promotions, oversee trade marketing initiatives, and lead product launch campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to facilitate prompt restocking.

Monitor sales performance metrics and compile comprehensive reports detailing sales trends and market insights for strategic decision-making.

Leverage strategic partnerships with retail collaborators to secure optimal shelf positioning, eye-catching displays, and high-impact promotional placements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to facilitate seamless operational processes.

Strive to meet and exceed the designated sales targets and revenue objectives set for your role.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Demonstrated expertise in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project to organize tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate processes and implement improvements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project milestones and deadlines. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies to support iterative development and continuous delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack capacity, is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are expected. Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud services is a must. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales within modern trade / organized retail preferably in Cosmetics or FMCG industry. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Demonstrated expertise in retail operations and trade marketing strategies is essential.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proven capability in evaluating sales data and identifying market trends is essential.

Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools effectively.
