Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional teams, and the execution of key operational processes to ensure organizational efficiency. Spearhead the identification and mitigation of potential risks while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business objectives with actionable plans, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable growth. Additionally, serve as a primary liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and drive project success.
Promote the full range of services offered by the Retreat Centre to prospective guests and partners, ensuring clear communication of their unique benefits and value propositions.
Develop and cultivate prospective client relationships to identify and capture new business opportunities, ultimately facilitating the conversion of leads into confirmed reservations.

Provide assistance with initiatives related to marketing and business development efforts.
