• Coordinate prospecting and communication initiatives across designated markets and commercial areas in collaboration with colleagues and institutional staff.
Introduce prospective clients to Ad vans Ghana’s comprehensive range of products and services tailored to their financial needs.
Maintain consistent communication with identified potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement and follow-up.
Suggest innovative products and services to existing clients to enhance their portfolios and meet evolving market demands.
• Assess clients’ requirements and recommend innovative products or services to senior management for approval.

Present the proposed loan application to the loan committee for review and final approval.
In the event of a delayed repayment, initiate and coordinate recovery procedures to mitigate financial risks and ensure timely resolution.
Regularly engage with clients by scheduling and conducting on-site visits to ensure ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Cultivate a strong and influential presence as a key stakeholder within the intervention zone by dedicating the majority of your time to fieldwork and fostering reliable, trust-based relationships with local small business owners.
Maintain comprehensive and meticulous records for every client, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the engagement.
Craft a weekly schedule outlining anticipated tasks and planned site visits.
Disseminate insights and established best practices to team members to enhance overall performance and knowledge sharing.
All issues pertaining to job responsibilities must be promptly communicated to the immediate supervisor.
Analyze client portfolios through the utilization of operational reports to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
Prospecting for new clients, conducting on-site visits with clients and guarantors, facilitating loan disbursements, and managing recovery processes are key responsibilities of this role.
Responsible for managing challenging client interactions with professionalism and tact. Requires the ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive customer relationship even in adverse situations. Must demonstrate strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to ensure client satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
Commuting between various sites and offices is required to fulfill job responsibilities.
80% of the workday is dedicated to field-based customer engagement, involving direct interaction and service delivery to clients in various locations.
Required qualifications include proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex information clearly. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum is a plus. A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or computer science, is typically required, along with any applicable certifications.
A diploma, higher national diploma, or bachelor’s degree is required.
Previous participation in a one-year work environment, including National Service, is required.
Possesses strong mathematical proficiency, expertise in market valuation, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Demonstrated experience with micro and small enterprises, along with a comprehensive understanding of their operational environments, is highly beneficial.
Proven capability to achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets set by the operations department and branch manager is essential.
