Warehouse Loaders are responsible for efficiently and accurately loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. They operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines. Additionally, they may be required to sort, label, and organize inventory to facilitate smooth warehouse operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, along with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus. Must be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
