Job Summary
The Field Recruiter is tasked with identifying, evaluating, and engaging qualified candidates for multiple open positions through proactive field efforts, community involvement, and targeted outreach initiatives. This role encompasses discovering potential talent, performing preliminary interviews, and facilitating the recruitment workflow to fulfill hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, referrals, and community outreach.
• Advertise job vacancies in targeted locations.
Perform comprehensive preliminary evaluations and interviews of candidate applicants to assess their qualifications and suitability for further consideration in the hiring process.
• Assist candidates with application and onboarding processes.
Develop and manage a comprehensive database comprising prospective candidates to support talent acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Meet recruitment targets consistently and within specified deadlines to support organizational staffing requirements.
Ensure recruitment records and reports are consistently accurate and up to date.
Required Skills include proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data analysis tools, financial modeling, or industry-specific software is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role and hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
