Job Summary
This role focuses on promoting and selling the company’s products to customers, expanding the customer base, and serving as the primary brand representative.
Oversee the execution of core responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to achieve project milestones and long-term growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Monitor team progress, providing guidance and support to address challenges and optimize workflows. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving informed decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
• Position available in the Light Industrial Zone of Spite, requiring on-site presence.
The position necessitates retaining current customers while simultaneously cultivating new business opportunities.
• Consistently attaining or surpassing weekly and monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
Responsible for finalizing contractual agreements with potential clients or customers through strategic negotiation.
Delivering tailored sales presentations to diverse prospective customers as needed.
Enroll distributors and wholesalers in accordance with the company’s customer onboarding guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date of all sales activities in the ERP system.
Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of company offerings and actively advocating for their benefits to customers are essential responsibilities.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Proven proficiency in [specific software/programming languages, e.g., Python, SQL, or Adobe Creative Suite], with a strong grasp of [relevant technical concepts, e.g., data analysis, UI/UX design, or project management methodologies]. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating across teams and presenting complex information clearly. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments are critical. Familiarity with [industry-specific tools, e.g., CRM systems, CAD software, or digital marketing platforms] is highly desirable. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies is expected. Prior experience in [relevant field or role] is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for consideration. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Python, Java, or C++, is essential. Familiarity with databases such as SQL or NoSQL is also a necessity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are key. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory to convey technical concepts effectively. Prior experience with Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
A minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in either Marketing or Supply Chain Management is required for this role.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing roles is required.
Proficiency in utilizing accounting software is required.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
