• Verify daily attendance records, track client movements, and ensure adherence to scheduled business visits.

We conduct comprehensive business surveys to identify promising entrepreneurs, evaluating their suitability through on-site inspections of both their business premises and personal residences to ensure thorough and accurate assessments.

Ensure all required documentation from prospective entrepreneurs is verified, including trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouse consent forms, and details of nominees and guarantors.

Compile and finalize all required documentation for loan disbursement processes.

• Collect all needed documents from the individual clients and for loan disbursements

Ensure timely remittance of monthly installments via mobile money or bank transfer.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and strategic target plans, ensuring thorough documentation and accuracy throughout the process.

• Visit borrowers after disbursements

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and integrity of disbursements within the field.

Liaise with Account Managers and legal counsel to finalize and execute legal documentation for signing and commissioning.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly requisitions to facilitate loan disbursement.

Ensure the accurate and timely disbursement of funds while maintaining systematic monthly collections for overdue accounts to uphold financial compliance and operational efficiency.

The Borrower Support Specialist is responsible for timely collection and submission of borrower or dependent death information to insurers.

• Pursue the collection of written-off loans and ensure the deposited funds are appropriately allocated to the respective accounts.

Consistently comply with the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and maintain a professional, respectful demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Strive to provide the best quality service to clients, at field and at the branch office

Skilled professionals must attentively address clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues effectively.

Compiles and submits periodic updates to track and document progress.

To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout the entire program, the role involves executing the safeguarding policy across all organizational levels.

Provide essential support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding to ensure a secure working environment.

The incumbent must guarantee that team members receive adequate training, support, and resource access pertaining to identified issues, ensuring these are addressed in strict compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Adhere to safeguarding reporting protocols whenever a reportable incident occurs, and promote their use among colleagues.

• Cash and Bank transactions. Cash Requisition preparation, Cash Certificate preparation and bank Reconciliation statement

With a minimum of one year of professional experience in Microfinance or a financial institution, candidates are encouraged to apply.
