Job Summary

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that align with each client’s business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust connections with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and recommend optimal practices to minimize risk and boost workforce efficiency.

Ensure all HR documents—including employment contracts, renewals, letters, and memos—are issued promptly and accurately.

Maintain meticulous and current employee records encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-related documentation.

Oversee all aspects related to outsourced staff engagement, including the management of new hire orientation and exit processes.

Respond to staff questions about HR policies, leave entitlements, and other HR-related matters with accuracy and professionalism.

Accurately gather and validate employee information essential for payroll computations.

Handle employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary issues, and other employee benefit payment concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Ghana Card and SSN IT information for all staff, maintaining 100% data integrity at all times.

Collaborate with various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.

Responsibilities include submitting scanned employment documents for client employees on a monthly basis without delay.

Continuously monitor industry developments and advancements in HR technologies to spearhead innovation and implement best practices effectively.

Submit weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports to management on schedule to maintain accountability.

Required competencies include a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks pertinent to the industry, along with proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights, coupled with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables. Additionally, the role demands effective communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment and clarity in project objectives. Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is highly desirable, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in specific software tools and methodologies essential to the role.
