Responsible for overseeing and achieving sales targets across all stores within the designated region, including both open market and key account locations.

Analyze purchase and inventory data at the store level, evaluate sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and initiate corrective measures as needed.

To expand the market presence of brand-controlled outlets within the designated territory, the role will focus on increasing both the quantity and sales contribution of these key retail channels.

Implement the sales and promotional strategies established by management, working in conjunction with the Marketing team to ensure cohesive execution.

Develop and nurture robust retailer partnerships by clearly conveying company policies and promotional offerings to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.

• Collaborate with the Channel team to establish and enhance retailer supply partnerships.

Responsible for managing contractual arrangements and policy compliance with store owners.

Ensure that in-store branding remains at its highest standard by strategically placing and maintaining point-of-sale materials (POST), while also securing prime product display locations at high-traffic retail outlets.

Oversee the operational coordination of marketing assets, with a particular emphasis on go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal safety stock, thereby guaranteeing consistent product availability for customers at all times.

Ensure regional promoter competency by implementing effective sales strategies, while collaborating with the National Training team to enhance skill development.

Ensure promoters maintain optimal working conditions and remain highly motivated at all times.

Diligently collect and analyze input from both consumers and retailers to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

Track competitor actions and industry developments to maintain awareness of market shifts.

Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively engaging with stakeholders and conveying complex information clearly. Strong analytical abilities are required to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite or specialized industry tools, is necessary. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this role. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, along with familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.
