Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Perform routine inspections, identify mechanical or operational issues, and execute corrective actions as needed.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance as well as troubleshoot and repair machines and associated auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability.
• Identify and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Machines must be prepared and configured correctly to initiate production runs, adhering to established protocols and quality standards. This involves verifying setup parameters, conducting pre-operation checks, and ensuring all components are aligned and functional before commencing work.
Monitor system operations closely and implement corrective actions as required to optimize machine performance and overall efficiency.
Proactively reduce production interruptions by executing prompt repairs and performing scheduled maintenance tasks to uphold operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
