Duties will be performed in both Sweden and Aura Dunkwa.

• Facilitate bi-weekly gatherings with AIM savings groups.

The position involves gathering savings deposits from AIM participants.

Ensure that all savings transactions are accurately documented in both passbooks and digital platforms, including DFA systems.

Ensure meticulous documentation of member savings, attendance, and participation records to maintain precision and reliability.

Deposits collected savings are transferred to the branch office in accordance with established organizational protocols and procedures.

Ensure the secure handling and transportation of cash in full adherence to established organizational protocols and safety guidelines.

• Foster meaningful connections with AIM participants while promoting consistent savings practices.

• Coordinate with AIM PA regarding meeting schedules, attendance and participant updates.

Support the seamless transition and administration of AIM groups within saving operations to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Provide the Branch Manager with frequent reports on savings performance and participant engagement to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Facilitate two to three group meetings daily.

The meeting schedule is set for 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 10:30 AM, with the possibility of adjustments depending on office hours.

Arrive at the designated meeting location no later than fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled group meeting.

Provide assistance in conducting Financial Literacy Training (FLT) sessions as needed.

Devote your efforts to instructing participants in the principles of savings discipline while simultaneously preparing them for future engagement with Microfinance services.

Eligible participants will be supported in their transition to Microfinance groups once they have successfully completed the 18-month savings cycle.

Provide assistance with evaluating and integrating loan-eligible participants into the program.

Compiles and submits comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, covering specified data points, trends, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making and operational oversight.

Participate in staff meetings to provide updates from the field.

Promptly escalate any operational or safeguarding concerns to management.

Ensure that members’ loan proposals are thoroughly reviewed and deliberated upon during group meetings.

Loan proposals are approved via verbal voting among group members in attendance.

The credit officer will input all loan-related information—including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes—into the digital system.

After confirming the accuracy of the loan application, establish a disbursement date and notify the member promptly.

You must physically attend on the disbursement date and actively engage in the disbursement process.

The credit officer is required to actively participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee the full recovery of all loan installments.

Collected funds are deposited into the Branch Accountant’s account, with the corresponding amount duly recorded in the Deposit Collection Report (DCR) and authenticated through the authorized signature.

Ensure that any missed installment during the morning group meeting is collected in the afternoon by visiting the borrowers’ or small group leaders’ homes.

In the afternoon, commence the process of collecting overdue installments, including those that are late or classified as NBL, alongside current overdue payments.

Should a client previously written off express interest in renewing their relationship with BRAD, the incumbent will commence the process of loan recovery to facilitate their reintegration as a valued client.

Develop and uphold professional, courteous interactions with every participant at all times.

Demonstrate active listening skills by attentively addressing participants’ complaints, concerns, and suggestions, and respond with suitable measures as needed.

Adhere to all established BRAD Human Resources policies and procedures in the execution of duties.

Maintain compliance with the established Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies of the organization.

Execute all duties and tasks as delegated by senior leadership, ensuring compliance with organizational directives and strategic objectives.

Foster and uphold a robust safeguarding culture across all AIM groups consistently.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by preventing abuse, exploitation, harassment, and discrimination.

Investigate and document all safeguarding incidents in strict adherence to established organizational protocols and reporting frameworks.

Encourage the active and respectful engagement of adolescent girls and young women in all activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
