Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to strengthen our expanding HR firm. The preferred applicant must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a self-driven sales approach, and practical expertise in leveraging social media channels for professional networking and lead development.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance optimization to ensure organizational goals are achieved. Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration, innovation, and efficiency in project delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and department heads to facilitate clear communication and alignment on objectives. Prospective clients will be contacted via outbound calls to facilitate lead follow-up and engagement.

To effectively market the organization’s human resources and talent acquisition solutions to potential business clients.

• Develop and nurture leads by initiating contact via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels.

Cultivate and sustain robust client connections to ensure enduring partnerships and mutual success.

• Coordinate and arrange meetings for the business development team to facilitate strategic planning and collaboration.

Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring all questions are addressed efficiently and courteously.

Responsibilities include ensuring meticulous documentation of all calls, leads, and sales-related activities to maintain precise records.

We assist in enhancing social media interaction and executing digital marketing initiatives to bolster brand visibility and audience engagement.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for document creation and data analysis. Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello, is a plus for tracking tasks and deadlines. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in reports and deliverables. Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online communication platforms is required.
