Brief Job Description

The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications, ensuring seamless information flow. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, redirecting inquiries as needed, coordinating meeting schedules, and providing administrative assistance to colleagues.

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and light bookkeeping when required. Demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

Maintains an organized and accurate record-keeping system for files, contacts, and the employee directory to ensure efficient information management and accessibility.

Draft correspondence, reports, memoranda, meeting minutes, and other related documentation to ensure clear and professional communication within the organization.

Responsibilities include managing office equipment and supplies, as well as submitting requisitions to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
