We invite applications for the position of Site & Operations Manager, a dynamic role requiring hands-on oversight of construction and project execution at our facilities in Accra. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in leadership, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the capacity to effectively prioritize competing demands.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business operations, including managing daily workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements. Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and drive continuous enhancement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader company strategies and initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication channels. Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of daily activities to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Manages site personnel, monitors compliance with safety regulations, and maintains accurate records of progress and expenditures. Collaborates with contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to resolve issues and facilitate project milestones. Ensures adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines while addressing any operational challenges that may arise.

The Materials & Procurement role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring necessary materials and resources to support operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials while adhering to budget constraints. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software, and experience in cost optimization and vendor management. Additionally, excellent communication and negotiation abilities are required to maintain productive supplier relationships and resolve procurement-related challenges effectively.

Supervising and guiding the team to ensure peak performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating seamless communication between the organization and its clients to ensure needs are understood and addressed promptly. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by actively listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and promptly resolve any issues that arise. Serve as an advocate for client interests while aligning their expectations with the organization’s capabilities and objectives.

The role entails overseeing daily operational functions and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing comprehensive reports for leadership review. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and operational efficiency, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required, and prior experience in operations or reporting is highly preferred.

Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in project management or a related field is highly desirable, and familiarity with data analysis tools is preferred. Attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines are essential for success in this role.

• Candidates must possess at least five years of professional experience in site management, construction management, or a closely related discipline.

Proficiency in construction or infrastructure project execution within Ghana is required, with a desirable understanding of the Accra market landscape.

• Demonstrates extensive expertise in procurement operations, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in communication and interpersonal relations, essential for effectively engaging with teams and clients alike.

Demonstrates proficiency in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and project plans with precision.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a readiness to commute between various locations throughout Accra.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with prior experience using project management software considered advantageous.

A relevant qualification at degree or HND level in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely aligned field is advantageous.
