Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as in the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications, relevant experience, and compensation expectations.

Required competencies include strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data interpretation, and experience with statistical software. Candidates must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments are essential. Prior experience in a similar role or industry is highly desirable, along with excellent communication skills for reporting findings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience

A Financial Planners Team Leader must hold at least an SSS CE certificate or an SHS qualification, including O’ or A’ Levels, a Diploma, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with preference given to candidates from the social sciences.

Applicants must have at least one year of sales experience, coupled with a strong drive to achieve measurable results.
