Receive incoming deliveries of knockdown (KD) parts, components, and consumables.
• Confirm that quantities, part numbers, and quality standards align with delivery notes, purchase orders, and packing lists.
Please promptly notify the procurement team of any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities identified.
Assign bin locations and organize parts in a structured manner, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) inventory principles.
Maintain a meticulously clean, orderly, and clearly labeled warehouse environment, ensuring the proper storage and accessibility of both heavy-duty and light-duty vehicle parts.
Ensure the secure storage of heavy components to mitigate potential damage and streamline retrieval processes.
Responsibilities include ensuring precise inventory records through the company’s ERP or warehouse management system.
Responsibilities include performing cycle counts and assisting with monthly and quarterly physical stock inventories.
Oversee inventory levels and trigger reorder notifications for essential and high-velocity components to prevent stock outs and maintain operational continuity.

Enforces adherence to established safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), correct lifting techniques, and appropriate stacking procedures.
