Role Purpose

The Workshop Foreman/Supervisor oversees the maintenance, dependability, safety, and peak operational efficiency of all vehicles, motorcycles, and machinery utilized in Exoplanet Bamboo’s plantation and field operations.

This position delivers hands-on technical leadership alongside overseeing workshop operations, spare parts inventory management, maintenance planning, rapid breakdown response, and seamless coordination with Operations teams.
