To sustain the company’s “social license to operate” across all host communities, this role will prioritize proactive engagement and compliance with local expectations.

Ensure adherence to all applicable national and international regulations concerning community engagement, environmental and social impact, and human rights obligations.

Collaborate with government entities and regulatory organizations to address community-related issues and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.

• Collaborate with the sourcing team to cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with smallholder farmers and fruit suppliers integral to the company’s supply chain.

Craft community engagement strategies, design communication materials, and execute awareness campaigns, ensuring the use of local languages when required.

Compiles and submits periodic reports to management that summarize community relations initiatives, gather stakeholder feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Oversee the organization’s public perception and standing among residents in the host communities.
