• Collaborate with the sourcing team to cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with smallholder farmers and fruit suppliers integral to the company’s supply chain.
Craft community engagement strategies, design communication materials, and execute awareness campaigns, ensuring the use of local languages when required.
Compiles and submits periodic reports to management that summarize community relations initiatives, gather stakeholder feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Oversee the organization’s public perception and standing among residents in the host communities.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and communications team to feature and promote community development initiatives across corporate publications and media channels.
