Convene bi-weekly gatherings with AIM savings groups to facilitate progress updates and collaborative discussions.
Responsibilities encompass gathering savings deposits from AIM participants.
Ensure that all savings transactions are accurately documented in both passbooks and digital platforms or the Digital Financial Application (DFA).
Accurately document member savings, attendance, and participation records to ensure precision and completeness.
Deposit savings into the branch office in accordance with established organizational protocols.
Ensure the secure handling and transport of cash in compliance with established organizational protocols and safety standards.
Develop meaningful connections with AIM participants and foster consistent savings behaviors.
Coordinate with AIM PA to manage meeting schedules, track attendance, and provide updates on participants.
Facilitate the seamless transition and ongoing management of AIM groups specifically dedicated to savings operations.
Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager regarding savings performance and participant engagement.
Convene two to three group meetings daily, ensuring productive discussions and clear action items.
Meetings are scheduled at 08:30 AM, 09:30 AM, and 10:30 AM, though these times may be adjusted to align with office hours.
Arrive at the designated meeting location fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group meeting.
Provide assistance in delivering Financial Literacy Training sessions as needed.
Educate participants regarding savings discipline and their future access to Microfinance services.
• Facilitate the seamless transition of qualified participants into Microfinance groups upon the conclusion of the 18-month savings cycle.
Support the evaluation and integration of borrowers who meet loan qualification criteria.
Compiles, analyzes, and presents daily, weekly, and monthly reports encompassing key performance indicators, operational metrics, and financial data to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Responsible for accumulating customer savings through structured payment arrangements, ensuring consistent contributions to financial goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance with established policies.
Attendance is mandatory, with punctuality and consistent presence expected at all scheduled work hours and mandatory meetings.
The team will be evaluated based on collective achievements, with a strong emphasis on delivering results in collaboration with others. Individual contributions are expected to align with overarching group objectives, ensuring seamless coordination and synergy among team members. Facilitate thorough discussions of members’ loan proposals during group meetings to ensure comprehensive evaluation and informed decision-making.
The loan proposal shall be approved based on verbal votes cast during meetings attended by all group members.
The credit officer will be responsible for entering all pertinent loan information—including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes—into the digital system.
After confirming the details of the loan application, finalize the disbursement date and notify the member promptly.
To ensure the disbursement process runs smoothly, you are required to be physically present on the designated disbursement day and actively engage in the execution of the disbursement activities.
The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee full recovery of all loan installments.
Collected funds are deposited into the Branch Accountant’s account, with the amount formally recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and the entry signed off to confirm accuracy.
Ensure prompt recovery of any missed installments from the morning group meeting by following up through house visits to borrowers or small group leaders in the afternoon.
• Conduct afternoon collections of late and NBL installments alongside current overdue payments.
• Should former clients whose loans were previously written off wish to re-engage with BRAD, initiate the process of loan recovery for them.
Demonstrate a commitment to fostering respectful and professional interactions with every participant involved.
Actively address participants’ feedback, including complaints, concerns, and suggestions, by implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the BRAD Human Resources framework, ensuring full compliance with established guidelines and protocols.

A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), is required.
