Conduct comprehensive market evaluations to identify promising entrepreneurs, subsequently assessing each candidate’s viability through on-site inspections of both their business operations and personal residences.

Responsible for compiling and finalizing all required documentation to facilitate the disbursement of loans.

Ensure monthly installments are settled promptly via mobile money or bank transfer.

Following loan disbursements, conduct on-site visits to borrowers to assess their current financial and operational status, ensuring compliance with lending terms and identifying any potential risks or support needs.

Facilitate collaborative communication with Account Managers (AM’s) and legal counsel to oversee the execution and finalization of essential legal documentation.

Ensure timely collection and submission of information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ death to insurers.
