Duty station for this position is located in Accra.

• Verify daily attendance records, track employee movements, and ensure all scheduled client business visits are completed.

Conduct comprehensive business surveys to identify promising entrepreneurs, subsequently evaluating their qualifications through on-site visits to both their business premises and residential locations.

Prospective entrepreneurs must submit and undergo verification of all required documentation, including trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouses’ consent forms, and details pertaining to nominees and guarantors.

Ensure all required documentation for loan disbursements is meticulously prepared and completed with precision.

Gather all required documentation from individual clients and for loan disbursements.

• Facilitate prompt and accurate monthly installment payments via mobile money or bank transfer.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports and strategic target plans as required.

Conduct follow-up visits with borrowers after the disbursement of funds to ensure compliance with loan terms and to address any immediate financial or operational concerns.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and compliance of fund disbursements.

Collaborate closely with Account Managers and legal counsel to facilitate the execution and authorization of legal documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly requisitions for loan disbursement to ensure timely and accurate funding allocations.

• Oversee the timely and accurate disbursement of funds while managing monthly collections for overdue accounts.

Collect and submit information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ passing to insurers promptly and accurately.

Conduct follow-up actions to recover written-off loans and ensure they are deposited into the appropriate accounts.

Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Commit to delivering exceptional service quality to clients, both in the field and at the branch office.

Demonstrate exceptional listening skills by attentively addressing clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, and respond with suitable solutions.

Compiles and submits comprehensive progress reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational standards and stakeholder requirements.

To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, the implementation of the safeguarding policy will be carried out.

Serve as a vital resource for providing counsel, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding measures to foster a secure workplace.

To ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures, this role involves overseeing the provision of necessary training, support, and resources for team members, enabling them to effectively address and resolve identified issues.
