• The VIS GHANA initiative is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the project.

Coordinate and oversee project operations in the field to ensure that implementation timelines align with the established activity plan.

Perform systematic data collection and analysis to monitor project progress on a consistent basis.

Facilitate seamless communication and information exchange by coordinating interactions among the project team, implementing partners, and community-level beneficiaries.

Compiles monthly and operational reports, providing regular updates on ongoing activities, including multidisciplinary assessments.

• Collaborate with diverse community stakeholders to foster engagement, ensuring the active participation of community leaders, representatives, and local government officials in the execution and enhancement of project initiatives.

Responsible for managing the logistical components of the scholarship program, this role involves coordinating application procedures, maintaining consistent communication with recipients, and overseeing the organization of all associated documentation.

Monitor daily expenditures, gather necessary supporting documentation, and submit all expense-related records to the administrative office promptly.
