• Working Conditions

The position is situated in a private home located in Accra, Ghana, and involves collaboration within a two-chef team following a predetermined shift schedule, which encompasses Sundays. Shift allocations and rest days will be distributed equitably and communicated in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when the household accommodates visitors.

A monthly remuneration ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, with the final amount determined by the candidate’s academic credentials and professional background.

A thirteenth-month salary will be provided following the completion of a full year of satisfactory employment.

You will receive 15 working days of paid annual leave each year, equivalent to three weeks.

Accommodation is available either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.

The position includes reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket medical costs that arise while carrying out job responsibilities.
