Job Summary

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that support each client’s business objectives. The successful candidate will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational enhancements.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and foster innovation. Maintain meticulous oversight of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating risks and resolving escalated issues promptly. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices to uphold organizational integrity and accountability.

Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization.

Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws while implementing best practices to minimize risk and boost workforce efficiency.

Ensure all HR documents—including employment contracts, renewals, letters, and memos—are issued promptly and accurately.

Maintain precise and current employee records, encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-related documentation.

Responsibilities include providing leadership for all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administering the new hire orientation program, and overseeing the employee exit process.

Address staff inquiries regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other related HR matters with professionalism and clarity.

Collect and validate employee information to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Handle employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary issues, and other employee benefit payment concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of data for both the Ghana Card and SSN IT information across all staff records.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as recruitment, accounts, IT, and training to develop comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Verify that all employment documents for client employees are scanned and submitted punctually on a monthly basis.

Stay abreast of evolving industry trends and cutting-edge HR technologies to spearhead innovation and implement best practices effectively.

Prepare and deliver accurate weekly reports, followed by comprehensive monthly summaries, to management, thereby maintaining accountability and transparency in all operational activities.
