JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a fast-growing bakery looking for a strong, energetic, street-smart person to help us increase daily bread sales.
You will play a key role in expanding daily bread sales by engaging directly with customers and collaborating with local communities to drive growth.
You will not sit in an office. You will be on the field every day.
Main Responsibilities
• Visit homes and workplaces to market bread
• Build strong daily customers in the areas we operate
• Recruit and manage sales agents and delivery agents
• Train and guide your team on how to sell and deliver bread
To monitor daily sales targets and ensure they exhibit consistent growth.
Daily sales performance and customer acquisition metrics must be reported on a consistent basis.
Assist customers in navigating the pre-order system to facilitate early bread ordering.
Required Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum of three years of professional experience in software development.
– Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
– Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
– Strong understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
– Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The position offers a base monthly compensation ranging from GHS 1,000 to GHS 1,500.
