We are an established international trade and used vehicle export company experiencing growth in Ghana. In response to this expansion, we are searching for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Professional with comprehensive knowledge of the local used car market to enhance our team.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead and coordinate projects, initiatives, or teams to achieve established targets while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement across relevant functions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, management, and external partners, to facilitate seamless communication and foster productive relationships. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold quality and accountability. Serve as a key contributor to the organization’s growth by identifying opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

• Position available in Team Community 12, requiring on-site presence for the duration of the assignment.

Oversee the company’s official social media platforms—such as Facebook (including Marketplace and Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business—to ensure strategic management and optimization of each channel.

• Develop high-resolution images and produce engaging short-form video content highlighting our inventory of pre-owned vehicles; craft informative and appealing captions to emphasize vehicle conditions and key features.

Drive organic traffic and cultivate meaningful engagement by leveraging strategic hashtag usage, fostering active community participation, and producing compelling content, with the ultimate goal of transforming online followers into high-quality sales leads for the sales team.

Monitor and evaluate critical performance indicators—including audience reach, engagement levels, video views, and inquiry rates—to identify trends and refine social media strategies for enhanced effectiveness and conversion optimization.

Monday through Saturday, inclusive, constitutes the standard operating schedule for this position.

Competitive compensation is offered, comprising a base salary along with performance-based bonuses and sales commissions tied to lead conversions, all of which are subject to negotiation.
