Purpose Statement

Responsible for upholding mechanical system performance and operational safety—including pumps, compressors, tanks, valves, and pipelines—at the LPG tank farm in Ghana. Ensures adherence to regulatory standards set by EPA Ghana, Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), and the Department of Factories Inspectorate.

Key Deliverables

Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Perform inspections, identify potential issues, and execute necessary adjustments or repairs to mitigate risks and avoid costly downtime. Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities, including schedules, inspections, and completed work orders. Adhere to established safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines to uphold compliance and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and address recurring or systemic issues. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance maintenance strategies and efficiency.

Performs corrective maintenance to restore equipment or systems to optimal operational condition by identifying and addressing faults, conducting repairs, and performing necessary adjustments to prevent recurrence.
