• Working Conditions
This position is located within a private household in Accra, Ghana, and involves collaboration with a two-chef team operating under a structured shift schedule, including Sundays. The roster and rest days are arranged equitably and communicated well in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special events, or when guests are in residence.
A competitive monthly salary ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 is offered, with compensation determined by the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth month’s salary is provided, payable once an employee has completed a full twelve months of satisfactory service.
You will receive three weeks, equivalent to 15 working days, of paid annual leave each year.
Accommodations are available either on-site or in proximity to the work location.
Minor medical expenses incurred while performing job duties are covered.
