Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensure adherence to employment laws, and recommend best practices to minimize risk and optimize workforce productivity.
Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation of all HR-related documents, including employment contracts, contract renewals, correspondence, and internal memos.
Ensure employee records—such as contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation—remain current, complete, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Supervise the engagement of all outsourced staff, administer the new hire orientation program, and oversee the exit process.
Address staff questions and concerns regarding HR policies, leave benefits, and other related HR matters promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data required for payroll processing through verification and validation procedures.
Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding attendance discrepancies, salary issues, and other employee benefit payment concerns.
• Ensure complete and accurate data for the Ghana Card and SSN IT information for all employees.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to develop comprehensive HR solutions that effectively address client requirements.
Ensure that scanned employment documents for client employees are submitted promptly each month.
To maintain a competitive edge, continuously monitor industry developments and advancements in HR technologies, leveraging these insights to implement innovative solutions and uphold best practices.
To maintain accountability, prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports, along with detailed monthly reports, to management without delay.
REQUIRED SKILLS: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is necessary. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is also required.
