The PROSPER (Promoting Rural Opportunities, Sustainable Profits, and Environmental Resilience) Project is designed to foster economic growth in rural areas while ensuring long-term profitability and environmental sustainability. This initiative seeks to create equitable opportunities for rural communities, enhance agricultural productivity, and implement strategies that strengthen ecological resilience. By integrating innovative approaches with community-driven solutions, the project aims to empower local stakeholders, improve livelihoods, and promote sustainable resource management.

We seek professional consulting services to facilitate the engagement of a qualified service provider that will aid in community entry, mobilization, and capacity development, with a particular emphasis on climate innovation initiatives across the Savannah Region.

This supplementary document pertains to the Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) concerning consultancy services for the appointment of a service provider to facilitate community engagement, mobilization, capacity building, and climate innovation initiatives within the Savannah Region, originally published on 19th May 2026.

The PROSPER Project’s primary email has encountered persistent technical difficulties throughout the preceding week, significantly disrupting correspondence with prospective applicants and impeding their ability to submit Expressions of Interest promptly within the designated deadline.
