Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, cultivating and sustaining robust connections with key client executives and stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance to clients on HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and recommend industry best practices to minimize risk and boost workforce efficiency.
Ensure the prompt and accurate preparation of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, contract renewals, official correspondence, and internal memos, is consistently maintained.
Maintain precise and current employee records, encompassing contracts, personnel files, and all HR-associated documentation.
Responsibilities include supervising all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administering the new hire orientation program, and coordinating the exit process.
Address all employee concerns regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other related HR issues promptly and professionally.
Gather and authenticate employee information to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance disputes, salary discrepancies, and other employee benefit payment concerns.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Ghana Card and SSN IT details for all staff, maintaining 100% data integrity at all times.
Collaborate effectively with various internal departments—including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training—to devise comprehensive human resources solutions that fully address and satisfy client requirements.
Ensure that all scanned employment documents for client employees are submitted punctually on a monthly basis.
To remain at the forefront of the field, consistently monitor industry trends and the latest HR technologies, leveraging these insights to foster innovation and implement best practices.
Submit weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports punctually to management, thereby maintaining accountability.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
