Duty station is situated in the Ellembelle District of Ghana’s Western Region.

Commencing on July 1, 2026, the selected candidate will assume the position, ensuring a seamless transition into the role with ample preparation time prior to the start date.

This position is available for an initial duration of six months, with the possibility of renewal.

• The designated individual to oversee and manage the VIS GHANA project is the Project Manager.

• Oversee and manage on-site project operations to guarantee adherence to the established activity plan and timely execution of project schedules.

• Perform consistent data collection and analysis to monitor project progress.

Facilitate seamless communication and information exchange among the project team, implementing partners, and community-level beneficiaries to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Compiles monthly and operational reports while providing regular updates on ongoing activities, including multidisciplinary evaluations.

• Engage with diverse community stakeholders to foster their active participation, ensuring the inclusion of community leaders, representatives, and local government officials in the project’s implementation and enhancement.

Oversee the administrative and operational facets of the scholarship program, ensuring seamless coordination of application procedures, maintaining consistent communication with recipients, and meticulously managing all associated documentation.

Monitor daily expenditures, gather the necessary supporting documentation, and ensure all expense-related records are submitted to the administrative office in a timely manner.

Oversee field procurement operations by assessing requirements, engaging potential suppliers, soliciting competitive quotes, and verifying adherence to established organizational policies and procedures.

Other responsibilities may be assigned by the Project Manager to ensure alignment with organizational service standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or an equivalent field is required.

With a minimum of three years of professional experience in international cooperation, candidates should possess a strong background in community development and mobilization initiatives.
