Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Perform regular inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold machinery efficiency and adherence to safety protocols. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing diagnostic tools and troubleshooting procedures as required.
Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and associated auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose a wide range of technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions.
Ensure all machines are correctly configured and prepared prior to commencing production runs to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor machine operations regularly to assess performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement. Implement required adjustments to optimize productivity and ensure seamless functionality of equipment.
Thoroughly execute timely maintenance and repairs to curtail production downtime to the fullest extent possible.

Qualifications
Hold a diploma, technical certificate, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience operating Husky injection molding machines is required.
Proficient in injection molding procedures and the operation of associated machinery is required.
