Job Summary

We are in search of a proficient and driven Electrical Technician to enhance our technical team. The ideal candidate will undertake the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical and fire safety systems, with a particular emphasis on fire alarm and emergency systems.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional leadership to drive organizational objectives. Deliver high-impact results through meticulous project oversight, resource allocation, and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with company goals. Foster collaboration across departments to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain stringent quality standards. Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and teams, translating high-level directives into actionable initiatives while mitigating risks and resolving challenges proactively. Uphold accountability for team performance, mentoring staff to cultivate talent, and championing continuous improvement initiatives to sustain long-term success.

Installs, tests, and maintains fire alarm systems and control panels to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.

Conduct thorough inspections and perform maintenance on emergency lighting systems and backup power units to ensure operational reliability.

Investigate and resolve electrical malfunctions in fire safety systems and associated equipment to ensure operational reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on fire detection and suppression systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.

Ensure that every installation strictly adheres to established safety protocols and meets all applicable regulatory obligations.

Interpret electrical and fire system drawings and schematics, analyzing technical documents to extract critical information required for system design, installation, or maintenance.

Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns with urgency and professionalism to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain precise and up-to-date service reports and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate clear communication within the team.

Collaborate effectively with engineers and safety officers to ensure seamless project installations.

Must possess a comprehensive understanding of [specific technical or professional skills, e.g., software development, project management, financial analysis], along with proficiency in [related tools, platforms, or methodologies].
