We are a reputable international trade and used vehicle export company experiencing significant growth in Ghana. To support this expansion, we are actively recruiting a proactive and driven Sales Professional who possesses comprehensive knowledge of the local used car market.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to drive project success and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and continuous improvement.

• Social Media Oversight: Oversee and enhance the company’s official social media channels, encompassing Facebook (including Marketplace and Groups), Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.

Produce high-resolution photographs and dynamic short-form videos of our pre-owned vehicles, ensuring clarity and appeal in visuals. Additionally, craft persuasive captions that highlight key attributes, condition, and standout features of each vehicle to maximize customer engagement and interest.

• Cultivate qualified sales leads by enhancing organic traffic and engagement through strategic hashtag optimization, proactive community interaction, and innovative content creation, thereby converting online followers into viable prospects for the sales team.

Track and assess essential performance indicators, including reach, engagement, video views, and inquiry rates, to consistently enhance social media performance and conversion rates.

Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, experience with project management methodologies and familiarity with data analysis tools are highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is necessary.

Remuneration

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online lead generation is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the automotive, e-commerce, or trade sectors.

Requires a candidate under 30 years of age, possessing a keen creativity, strong technical aptitude, and an in-depth understanding of evolving digital trends across West Africa.

Proficient in mobile photography, videography, and video editing tools, such as Cap Cut, alongside strong English copywriting and communication abilities.

A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline is required.

Monday through Saturday constitute the standard operating schedule.

A competitive base salary is offered, supplemented by performance bonuses and sales commissions, both of which are contingent upon successful lead conversions and are subject to negotiation.
