Plan and create dynamic Montessori-centered instructional sessions tailored to student needs. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Montessori principles while fostering curiosity and active learning. Ensure lessons are thoughtfully structured to enhance hands-on engagement and support individualized development.

Design and maintain a supportive, secure, and engaging educational setting to foster children’s growth and development.

Provide guidance to foster children’s growth in academic achievement, social interactions, and emotional well-being.

Develop and organize instructional resources and engaging classroom exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.
