Brief Job Description

The incumbent will serve as the primary liaison for all internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and with external stakeholders. The role encompasses comprehensive receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations, greeting visitors with a professional demeanor, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel. Additionally, the position involves handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records of visitors, and ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential to prioritize tasks efficiently, while excellent communication skills are required to interact courteously with clients, employees, and stakeholders. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with phone systems and basic administrative tasks are also necessary to support seamless daily operations.

Maintains an organized and accurate record-keeping system to oversee files, contacts, and the employee directory.
