Job Summary

The Trade Developer will spearhead sales initiatives and optimize market penetration within their designated territory, enhancing brand recognition and maximizing agent performance. Additionally, they will be tasked with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives to ensure consistent revenue growth and operational success.

• Facilitate the acquisition and onboarding of new individual wallet customers.

Orchestrate wallet activation initiatives and guarantee customers complete their inaugural transactions.

Facilitate onboarding initiatives across diverse locations, including markets, university campuses, transportation hubs, and community gatherings.

• Engage and onboard individual merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

To facilitate merchants’ comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits, you will deliver clear and concise explanations tailored to their specific needs. This role requires effectively communicating technical details in an accessible manner, thereby enabling merchants to leverage the product’s full potential. Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge are essential to address inquiries and foster confidence in the product’s value proposition.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
