Job Summary

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous professional to act as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, delivering customized HR strategies and services that support clients’ business objectives. The successful candidate will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance talent management, address employee relations challenges, and implement operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, collaborating across departments to align on strategic goals, analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams to drive project execution, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Serve as the primary liaison for designated client accounts, fostering and sustaining robust connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the client organization.

Provide clients with expert guidance on HR policies, employment law compliance, and industry best practices to effectively mitigate risks and boost workforce productivity.

Ensure all HR documents—including employment contracts, renewals, letters, and memos—are issued promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities include ensuring employee records—such as contracts, personnel files, and other HR documentation—remain current, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations. This involves regularly updating and organizing files to reflect any changes in employment status, benefits, or personal details.

• Provide leadership for all outsourced staff engagement initiatives, administer the new hire orientation program, and oversee the exit process.

Respond professionally to staff questions regarding HR policies, leave entitlements, and other human resources-related inquiries.

Gather and authenticate employee information required for accurate payroll computations.

Handle employee inquiries regarding attendance-related issues, salary discrepancies, and other employee benefit payment concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Ghana Card and SSN IT details for all staff members, maintaining 100% data integrity.

Collaborate with various internal departments, including recruitment, accounts, IT, and training, to provide comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client requirements.

Ensure the prompt monthly submission of scanned employment documents for client employees.

To maintain competitive advantage and enhance operational excellence, actively monitor industry developments and cutting-edge HR technologies, fostering innovation and the implementation of best practices.

To uphold accountability, submit precise weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports to management in a timely manner.

Required qualifications include proficiency in data analysis, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory, and additional certifications may be advantageous. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities is highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required for consideration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is familiarity with database management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are also necessary. Prior experience with Agile methodologies and cloud computing platforms is highly advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required.

Possesses 1–2 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management or a comparable position.
