Responsible for achieving and overseeing sales targets across all stores in the region, encompassing both open market and key account (KA) segments.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of store-level Purchase & Inventory data, track sales performance metrics, and generate detailed reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and execute strategic corrective measures to optimize inventory management and enhance sales outcomes.

To expand the number and sales contribution of brand-controlled outlets within the designated territory.

Implement management-defined sales and promotional strategies in coordination with the Marketing team to drive business objectives effectively.

Develop and nurture robust partnerships with retailers by clearly articulating company policies and promotional offers.

Collaborate with the Channel team to establish and enhance retailer supply partnerships for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage contract and policy agreements with store owners to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.

• Maintain and enhance in-store branding by strategically placing and up keeping point-of-sale materials (POST) while securing prime product display positions in high-traffic retail locations.

Oversee the coordination and execution of marketing material logistics, particularly throughout go-to-market initiatives.

Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels of safety stock to guarantee consistent product availability.

Ensure the proficiency of regional promoters by verifying their mastery of impactful sales methodologies. Partner with the National Training team to facilitate continuous skill enhancement and professional growth.

Ensure promoters maintain optimal operational readiness and exhibit high levels of motivation.

Actively solicit and compile input from consumers and retail partners to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Observe and assess competitor actions along with evolving market conditions to identify potential opportunities or threats.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development, system administration, or a comparable role is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also necessary. Familiarity with database management and cloud computing platforms is considered advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline is required.

With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in retail or terminal management, ideally within the consumer electronics sector, you bring a strong foundation to this role.

Demonstrates exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.

Open to regular travel commitments, involving approximately one week per month to the Eastern and Volta regions.
