Job Summary

The Field Recruiter is tasked with identifying, evaluating, and securing qualified candidates for diverse job opportunities by leveraging field-based strategies, community involvement, and proactive outreach efforts. This position encompasses sourcing potential talent, performing preliminary assessments, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure organizational staffing objectives are fulfilled.

Oversee and execute critical duties that include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Lead initiatives that align with company objectives, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve measurable outcomes. Monitor progress through regular evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly. Additionally, stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Skilled in identifying top talent by conducting field visits, participating in job fairs, leveraging employee referrals, and engaging in targeted community outreach initiatives.

• Promote job openings in strategically selected areas to attract suitable candidates.

Perform preliminary evaluations and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the position.

Provide support to candidates throughout the application and onboarding stages to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Construct and oversee a robust repository of prospective candidates to ensure a comprehensive talent pipeline is consistently available.

Facilitate the scheduling of interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Meet recruitment targets efficiently and consistently while adhering to established deadlines.

Ensure recruitment records and reports are meticulously maintained for accuracy and completeness.

Essential Skills:

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory, along with experience in software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in data structures and algorithms are critical. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are also required.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification, supplemented by a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely aligned field, is required.

Preferred candidates will have prior involvement in recruitment, sales, or field operations.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrates strong self-motivation and adaptability while requiring regular travel as part of the role.

A valid motorcycle license is required for this role, along with the ability to operate a motorcycle safely and effectively.

• Demonstrates strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
