Job Summary

A proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive is sought to join our expanding HR firm. The ideal applicant must demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, sales proficiency, and practical experience leveraging social media platforms for business interactions and lead generation.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties including managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Lead project execution from inception to completion, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and mitigating potential risks. • Position is based in Medina, Accra

Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential clients and systematically pursue follow-ups on existing leads.

Actively market the company’s comprehensive HR and recruitment solutions to potential business clients, highlighting their unique value and benefits to drive engagement and conversions.

Generate and qualify leads by utilizing phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and various other social media channels.

• Foster and sustain enduring client connections through consistent engagement and proactive communication, ensuring their needs are met with reliability and professionalism.

Facilitate the coordination and arrangement of meetings for the business development team to ensure efficient scheduling and alignment with organizational objectives.

Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and promptness, ensuring all questions are addressed efficiently and courteously.

Maintain precise documentation of all calls made, incoming leads captured, and sales activities conducted to ensure comprehensive record-keeping and compliance with company standards.

Provide assistance with social media interactions and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and audience engagement.

Required Skills:

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience with customer service or administrative support is preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field required. A relevant HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication is required.

Demonstrates a strong track record in telesales, client relations, or strategic business expansion initiatives, with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity.
