Duty station is located in the Ellembelle District of Ghana’s Western Region.

• The role will commence on July 1, 2026.

The position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis, with an initial duration of six months, and is subject to potential renewal.

• Serves as the designated referee for the VIS GHANA Project Manager, providing oversight and accountability throughout the project’s implementation phase.

• Coordinate and monitor the project activities at the field level, ensuring implementation schedules are met as per the detailed activity plan.

Perform routine data collection and analysis to track project advancements consistently.

• Serve as the central liaison for communication and information exchange, fostering collaboration between the project team, implementing partners, and community-level beneficiaries.

Compiles monthly and operational reports, systematically presenting ongoing activities and multidisciplinary assessments.

You will collaborate with a diverse range of community stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to actively engage community leaders, representatives, and local government officials in the successful execution and continuous enhancement of project activities.

• Oversee the logistical aspects of the scholarship program, including coordination of application processes, communication with beneficiaries, and management of related documentation.

• Oversee daily expenditures, gather necessary supporting documentation, and facilitate the timely submission of all expense-related records to the administrative office.

Oversee on-site procurement operations by assessing requirements, selecting appropriate vendors, securing competitive quotes, and adhering to established company policies and protocols throughout the process.

• Any other duties/functions as deemed necessary or as delegated by the Project Manager to meet the level of the services of the organization.

Required Skills:

A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with data analysis tools or software is highly advantageous, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy are also required.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or an equivalent field is required.

Professionals should possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in international collaboration, specifically within community development and mobilization initiatives.

Individuals should possess prior experience in a comparable position to ensure they are well-prepared for the responsibilities associated with this role.
