Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the existing nutrition and health service infrastructure, focusing specifically on underserved and economically disadvantaged groups—with particular emphasis on women and children—within the designated communities.
Review the status of critical outcome and indicators as defined in the project’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).
Analyze community members’, local stakeholders’, and potential partners’ perspectives and attitudes toward the production, processing, and storage of nutritious foods, food security, and community resilience.

Analyze contextual, programmatic, and institutional elements to determine factors that either facilitate or impede progress toward established targets.

Primary data collection entails employing methodologies such as surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (Kids), and structured observations, as dictated by the approved research framework.
The secondary data review must encompass project reports, baseline findings, district and regional health and nutrition data, and supplementary scholarly literature.
All methodologies and instruments employed must facilitate disaggregation by sex and age wherever such segmentation is applicable.
