• Verify and document daily attendance, travel arrangements, and client business visits.

A comprehensive evaluation of prospective entrepreneurs is conducted through on-site inspections of both their business operations and residential premises.

Verify all required documentation from prospective entrepreneurs, including trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouse consent forms, and details of nominees and guarantors.

Prepare and finalize all required documentation for loan disbursement processes.

Gather all required documentation from each client as well as for the loan disbursement process.

Ensure that monthly installments are paid promptly through Mobile Money or bank transfer.

Compile and maintain comprehensive reports alongside target plans, ensuring all relevant data is accurately documented for review and analysis.

Following loan disbursements, conduct in-person visits to borrowers to assess their circumstances and ensure compliance with loan terms.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and compliance of disbursements.

Liaise with relationship managers and legal counsel to facilitate the execution and completion of legal documentation.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly requisitions for loan disbursement to ensure timely funding allocation.

Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds each month while effectively managing and collecting overdue payments to maintain financial integrity.

Collect and submit information regarding the death of the borrower or their dependents to insurers promptly to maintain compliance with reporting requirements.

• Conduct follow-up procedures to collect written-off loans and deposit the recovered funds into the appropriate accounts.

Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct, ensuring respectful and professional interactions with all clients at all times.

Dedicate efforts to delivering exceptional service quality to clients, both in the field and at the branch office.

Listen attentively to client feedback, complaints, and concerns, ensuring each issue is fully understood before responding in a manner that addresses their needs effectively.

Prepare and file comprehensive progress reports in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant data and updates are accurately documented and communicated to stakeholders as required.

• Foster a comprehensive safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program through the enforcement of the safeguarding policy.

Serve as a primary resource for safeguarding guidance and expertise to foster a secure working environment.

Ensure team members receive proper training, support, and resource access to address and resolve identified issues in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

In the event of any incident that requires reporting, adhere to established safeguarding procedures and promote awareness of these protocols among colleagues.

Candidates must possess strong proficiency in project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines. A Senior High School certificate, specifically WASSCE, is required for this position.

• Prepare cash and bank transactions, including cash requisitions and cash certificates.
