Job Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to spearhead the discovery of new business prospects, cultivate enduring client partnerships, and accelerate revenue expansion. The preferred candidate will possess prior experience within the HR Services sector and demonstrate strategic insight alongside exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across departments. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff to facilitate clear communication and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost reduction to support sustainable growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.

• Uncover and Cultivate New Business Prospects: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients, then devise and execute strategic outreach initiatives to engage them effectively. Craft and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs, while negotiating favorable terms to finalize profitable agreements.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust connections with current and potential clients, fostering exceptional satisfaction and unwavering loyalty.

Conducting thorough market research is essential to uncover emerging trends, pinpoint customer requirements, and assess the competitive environment, thereby enabling the formulation of effective business development strategies.

We forge mutually beneficial partnerships by proactively identifying and establishing collaborations with clients’ initiatives, professional associations, academic institutions, pertinent government ministries, foreign embassies, and non-governmental organizations.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast projections while delivering consistent progress reports to senior leadership.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor industry advancements, evolving best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s products and services remain innovative, competitive, and aligned with market demands.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is essential. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are critical.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, with additional language skills considered advantageous. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail. At least three years of relevant work experience is expected, preferably in a comparable role. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is a key requirement. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team are also necessary.

A bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven track record in business development, sales, or a comparable capacity within the Outsourcing or HR Services sector is essential.

Possesses a comprehensive grasp of outsourcing services and the prevailing market dynamics.

• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and issue resolution.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation while effectively collaborating in both independent and group settings to achieve shared objectives.

Demonstrates expert-level skill in utilizing the MS Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to efficiently manage documentation, data analysis, and communication tasks.
