Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet organizational objectives. Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and key achievements. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team. • Cultivate and enhance partnerships with modern trade retailers and key accounts to drive mutual growth and market expansion.

Ensure that products are consistently available, prominently displayed, and adhere to merchandising standards in modern trade outlets.

Execute in-store promotions, oversee trade marketing initiatives, and coordinate product launches to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Monitor inventory levels consistently and collaborate with suppliers to facilitate prompt stock replenishment.

Track sales metrics and compile comprehensive performance reports, along with actionable market insights, to monitor progress and inform strategic decisions.

Skilled in engaging with retail partners to secure optimal shelf space, strategically designed displays, and high-impact promotional placements.

Facilitate seamless collaboration across departments—including sales, marketing, and supply chain—to maintain operational efficiency and alignment.

Demonstrate consistent success in meeting or exceeding predetermined sales quotas and revenue benchmarks established for the position.

Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Tableau. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop efficient algorithms to optimize system performance. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is essential, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts clearly. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development or a related technical field is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise applications, is essential. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, and C#, is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are critical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with 1–2 years of proven success in sales roles within modern trade or organized retail environments, ideally within the Cosmetics or FMCG sectors. Proven ability to set and achieve targets with a self-driven, proactive approach to work.

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of retail operations and trade marketing initiatives.

Skilled in negotiating effectively, communicating with clarity, and cultivating strong professional relationships.

Proficient in evaluating sales performance metrics and identifying market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools is required.
