Proficiently identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy-duty vehicles, specifically Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment including Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system servicing, suspension adjustments, and steering system repairs.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to specifications.
Employ diagnostic instruments and service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.
Responsibilities include meticulously documenting all repairs performed, tracking parts utilized, and recording labor hours expended to ensure precise record-keeping.

Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide recommendations regarding reordering procedures.

A Technical/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification is required.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of practical expertise in operating and maintaining Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery, with proficiency in brands such as Shanty, Streak, How, or comparable models.
• Proficiency in diesel engine mechanics, along with expertise in hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic system operations and troubleshooting.
Skilled in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and conventional mechanic tools.
Proficient in interpreting English-language technical diagrams and service manuals.
Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting substantial components, and thriving in both outdoor and workshop environments.
