You will play a key role in expanding daily bread sales by engaging directly with customers and community partners to build strong relationships and drive demand.

The key responsibilities of this role include overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with cross-functional departments to drive efficiency and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, providing strategic recommendations, and implementing process improvements. Furthermore, they will serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct visits to residential and commercial properties to promote and sell bread products.

Cultivate a robust and consistent customer base within the operational regions.

• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of both sales and delivery agents to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.

• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to your team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively sell and deliver bread products.

Ensure that daily sales targets experience consistent upward growth, maintaining a steady increase over time.

Daily reporting of sales metrics and customer acquisition figures is required, ensuring comprehensive data is documented and presented in a timely manner.

Assist customers in utilizing the pre-order system to place bread orders in advance.

• Basic monthly salary: GHS 1,000 – GHS 1,500
